*Vineyard : From the best organic vineyards of our suppliers in the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG area. The Guyot-pruned vineyards
have 4000 vines per hectare that produce about 1.5 kg of grapes per person. The soil is sandy sub acid and characterized by an
important presence of magnesium.
*Grapes : Vermentino di Gallura DOCG 100% with production of 80/90 quintals per hectare.
 
*Vinification : The grapes grown organically; The destemming-crushing, pressing and decanting are selective towards the components of the grape. Fermentation and the subsequent 5-8 months of wine breeding take place with temperature management. The harsh winter days and natural sedimentations complete the wine production cycle by stabilizing it.
*Sensory characteristics : beautiful deep straw color, with greenish reflections, it happily accompanies the sweet floral scent of rose and citrus and ethereal scents, which harmonize the most enveloping notes. The flavor is fresh and spring, with the memory of well-harmonized sweet and sour fruit that accompany the long olfactory taste sensations for a long time.
