RFQ instructions

    • 1. How to get RFQ

    • www.efoodchoice.com has the rights reserved to send RFQ from Buyer only to our Platinum or Gold member who registered us as our official member. The RFQ (Request for quotation) will be made by the buyer and send to our Platinum or Gold member via our platform www.efoodchoice.com system and via your official registered e-mail address which has been registered via our platform.

    • Please follows the steps provided.

    • 1.1 When buyer make RFQ, the system will automatically find match, if matched met with the need, the RFQ will be sent to you in 2 channels;
        • 1.1.1 Via your official registered e-mail address with www.efoodchoice.com
        • 1.1.2 Via www.efoodchoice.com platform system; Log in to the Member Menu page, the RFQ notification will be notified on the right side of the Member Menu page, click Manage RFQ (Please follow Pic. below)
    • 1.2 There are 2 ways to reply with RFQ
      • 1.2.1 In case the RFQ is unmatched with your company product, please reply back to the RFQ sender via only your registered e-mail address which has been registered via www.efoodchoice.com.
      • 1.2.2 In case the RFQ is matched with your company product, you can respond with the RFQ as the following steps provided;
        • 1.2.2.1 Reply via the platform system, if the RFQ matched with your company product available on the platform, Click > Menu > View of particular RFQ to reply (Please reply within 3 day)
        • 1.2.2.2. Click the product you choose to make RFQ
        • 1.2.2.3 Fill in the form, click send RFQ to the requested buyer
    • ** P.S.

    • 1. Manage RFQ –> Your Quotation, Menu functions will has the rights reserved to use only for PLATINUM or GOLD member.

    • 2. The detail of each RFQ will has the rights reserved to send only to PLATINUM or GLOD member.

    • 3. Only registered e-mail address with www.efoodchoice.com will get the RFQ, the system will not send RFQ to non-registered e-mail address.

  • Register an account eFoodChoice
    On the Home page of the site. Click on "Login / Register" button, then to find a bar with "Register," then fill in the details after clicking ". sign up "you agree with. Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Policy on all products.
  • After the registration, Do you have to wait for verify?

  • How do I register products in my store pages?
    When logging in, go to your account manager. Go to "profile" then click on the "store" option select the package that you want ( if you choose the package cost. must pay packages through "2C2P" ) and then fill in the details of our stores. Then add the new products in to our store. Classification of goods of that kind, and label the price.

  • How do I order?
    When you want to order an item, you must click on “chat” to contact with the store to proceed an order or demand of products to merchants who want to offer to sell to you.
  • How can I request for quotation?
    To confirm what you want press the bar of the page, that says "Request a quote” fill in the details of an item by type or category that you want, and then press the send.
  • Can I change the order of items (such as color, size, quantity) when the transaction is completed?
    Changes depending on your business partner and agreement between you and the store where you made the agreement.
  • How can I cancel an item when transaction is already made?
    Changes depending on your business partner and agreement between you and the store where you made the agreement.
