We extract pure quality chicory from the roasted cubes under optimum conditions with great precision to avoid impurities and product wastage. The extract is made from roasted chicory cubes. It is a dark-colored extract that is used in coffee admixture. The roasted chicory cubes are extracted with pure water. The extracted cubes are then filtered and concentrated on an evaporator. 

The pure quality of Liquid chicory extracted is used as an additive in food to increase the taste and flavor of the meal. The Liquid Chicory is extracted against hot water, which is further filtered and concentrated to produce the pure form of Roasted Chicory Extract (Liquid Chicory).
