Grapes varietals: 70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes are harvest in mid September starting with Merlot and later on with Sangiovese and Cabernet, fermentation is held with thermo controlled temperature for approx 12 days at 70° F. Sangiovese stays on outside stainless tanks for natural sedimentation,
while French varieties lays in barriques for 6 months approx. Grapes varieties are assembled 8/10 months after the harvest and
bottled at least one year after the harvest.
